The deadline to submit abstracts is 24 January 2025.

Oral Presentations:
Each presenter will be given a time slot of 10 minutes in total. Each oral presentation should not exceed 8 minutes. It will be followed by 2 minutes discussion.
All speakers are requested to strictly keep their allocated time slots. Session chairs will enforce the schedule.

When submitting your abstract please follow the Abstract submission guidelines.
- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference
- The abstract must be written in scientific English
- Have a maximum length of 2000 characters (including spaces)
- A short informative title containing the major keywords (150-200 characters including spaces). The title should not contain abbreviations
- Please minimize the use of abbreviations, and do not cite references in the abstract
- The text must be a single paragraph without any heading.
- The author's institutional affiliations
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the HLA journal, and available online. By submitting your abstract, you consent to give EFI permission to publish it.

Review
All the abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the EFI Scientific committee. The authors will receive notification of the decision. Authors selected for presentation (oral communication or poster) will be required to register for the conference.
